While the official application period begins in January 2010, some companies have requested an early opportunity to pay for their candidate in the 2009 year.  We are accepting those applications with full payment and will issue a refund if the candidate is not selected to participate.  The early selection date will once again occur in early April.  Those applying before the beginning of April have the best chance of being selected to participate in next year's program.
