Organizations are set to experience a double tsunami within the next 10 years as one large generation of the workforce retires and another is eager to take the helm. The next generation leaders – commonly known as Generations X & Y (Millennials) – have some very different views on what it means to lead and live successfully. What does this mean for organizations as they try to remain competitive and retain talent? And how can they effectively manage leadership development and transition within diverse generational styles?
Join Leadership Oakland for the next session of its highly popular Breakfast of Champions (BOC) series on February 21 for the Annual Young Professionals panel discussion. The breakfasts are open to the public. The BOC series will be held at the Management Education Center, 811 W. Square Lake Road, Troy, MI 48098.
