Since 1990, Leadership Oakland has stood at the forefront of developing influential leaders who drive positive change across Southeast Michigan. Our commitment to fostering diverse, dynamic leadership has created a powerful network of over 1,500 graduates from corporate, civic, and non-profit sectors who are actively shaping our region’s future.

Leadership Oakland's Impact
Each year, 50 leaders embark on our signature Cornerstone Program—a transformative 9-month journey exploring the critical issues facing our region. From education and government to health services and nonprofits to human services and diversity initiatives, participants gain unprecedented access to expert insights and regional challenges.
