OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich., March 25, 2015 -Leadership Oakland (LO) will be celebrating 25 years of successful community leadership development on April 30, 2015 at Emagine Theatre in Royal Oak.  The event “Homecoming—and all that jazz!” is open to not only Leadership Oakland Alumni but also the community at large.  “Our success over the last 25 years is due in large part to the many community partners and resources that have supported us.  We want to celebrate in a way that is inclusive of the entire community” stated Executive Director, Chris Scharrer who will be retiring at the end of June.  “This event is intended to be more fun than fancy and will provide ample opportunity for the spirit of Leadership Oakland to shine through.”
