Oakland County, MI -It seems as if each day brings news of growing violence involving those sworn to protect and serve. From public outcry over alleged police brutality to innocent officers losing their lives, law enforcement is increasingly under fire. Join Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard at the Leadership Oakland Breakfast of Champions to discuss these issues as he shares what it’s like to lead in such turbulent times.
Sheriff Bouchard runs one of the nation’s largest Sheriff’s Offices overseeing 1,300 employees. He brings the experience of 28 years of law enforcement and 28 years as an elected official to the position. He was also named the nation’s outstanding sheriff for 2016.
The breakfast will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at the Troy Community Center, 3179 Livernois Road in Troy, MI. The breakfast series has built a reputation for solid content, engaging speakers, excellent networking, and a tasty breakfast. The event will begin at 7:30 a.m. and Sheriff Bouchard will speak at 8:00 a.m. The cost is $36 for the general public and $32 for Leadership Oakland Alumni Association members.
