This is your chance to get an exclusive, backstage tour of Pontiac’s restored, historic Flagstar Strand Theatre. We’ll take you places you typically can’t go and show you how a stage production comes to life. Slows BBQ, new microbrewery Fillmore 13 and the Lafayette Market will be there, too, offering a Taste of Pontiac.

It all happens Oct. 25, 5:30-7:30 p.m., at the Flagstar Strand Theatre, located at 12 N. Saginaw St. in Pontiac.

Tickets cost $40 per person and benefit one of the region’s top leadership development organizations, Leadership Oakland. The group offers numerous leadership programs and events every year. Leadership Oakland Alumni Association members can purchase tickets at a discounted rate: $35 per person.

When leaders work together, they can complete amazing projects like this that benefit our entire community.”
